I’m not getting notifications
A little too quiet? Check notifications in More → Account & settings, then your phone’s notification permissions. Still nothing? Email your phone model and the shared activity update you expected.
The other person can’t see my pet
Let’s get the whole crew in. Ask them to sign in with the email you invited and open Pending Invites under More → Pets. Your pet appears in their account after they accept.
I want my account deleted
You’re in control. Open More → Account & settings → Delete account, or follow the email instructions on our account deletion page. Check what will be removed before confirming.
When is the iPhone version out?
The iPhone chapter is planned, but there’s no announced release date yet. Keep an eye on the download page, or email us with questions.
